Cancellation policy

This Subscription Policy applies to all subscription purchases on cattasaurus.com, including our Filter Supply Plans. By starting a subscription, you agree to the terms below together with our Terms of Service and Refund Policy.

1. How your subscription works

  • Your subscription renews automatically and your saved payment method is charged at each renewal until you cancel.
  • The 90-Day Filter Supply Plan renews every 12 weeks (84 days) from the date of your first order.
  • Other subscription plans renew at the interval shown on the product page and at checkout.
  • Each renewal is charged at the subscription price shown at checkout, plus any applicable shipping and taxes. If the price of your subscription changes, we will notify you before your next renewal is charged.

2. Managing, skipping, pausing or canceling

  • You can skip, reschedule, pause or cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account on cattasaurus.com, or by emailing support@cattasaurus.com.
  • Changes must be made before your next renewal is processed to take effect for that order. Renewals that have already been charged are subject to our Refund Policy.
  • There is no cancellation fee.

3. Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, we will retry the charge and notify you so you can update your payment method. If payment cannot be collected, your subscription may be paused or canceled.

4. Free Water Fountain Gift – 90-Day Filter Supply Plan

Subscribers to the 90-Day Filter Supply Plan qualify for one complimentary Cattasaurus water fountain, subject to the following conditions:

  • To qualify, your second subscription order (your first renewal, scheduled 12 weeks after your first order) must process and be paid successfully.
  • Once that order is paid, your fountain will ship on or after day 90 from the date of your first order.
  • You will not qualify for the gift, and it will not ship, if before your second subscription order processes you: skip or delay that order; pause your subscription; cancel your subscription; or have a failed payment that is not resolved.
  • The gift has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, store credit or another product.
  • Limited to one gift per customer and household.
  • The gift is not eligible for return or refund.
  • We reserve the right to withhold or cancel the gift in cases of suspected fraud or abuse of this offer, and to modify or end this offer for new subscribers at any time. Changes will not affect subscribers who have already qualified.
