How does the "Peek-a-boo" Cat Cave work?

Our beds provide a safe space for your kitty to relax in, with the comfy donut bed on top, spacious and cozy tunnel gives your pets a safe and secure place to hide and sleep.

What size should I get?

Our small cave is 50 cm x 50 cm x 20 cm (19.5” x 19.5” x 7.8"). The large cave is 60 cm x 60 cm x 28 cm(23.6” x 23.6” x 11"). Please refer to our interactive size guides on each product page. If you are still unsure please email our friendly support team and they will help you make an informed decision.

Can you wash the "Peek-a-boo" Cat Cave?

This item can only be spot cleaned. Using a damp rag or sponge to clean it.

Where is the "Peek-a-boo" Cat Cave made?

Our company and products are incorporated and designed in USA . Production takes place in China where we are able to work closely with our supplier to bring you the highest quality products at an affordable price.

What materials are the "Peek-a-boo" Cat Cave made of?

It's made from thick felt material to provide insulating warmth and delivers great sound absorption to dampen noise for easily startled pets. The compressed, pliable fabric is hard-molded into a donut-shaped, super cozy dwelling for cats to huddle under and snuggle in for a quiet, restful sleep or play fight with their feline friends.

Is there a warranty?

All beds come with a 12 month warranty

What if my cat doesn’t like it?

Although we are very confident they will, we do offer a 30 day free return policy.

Delivery & Shipping

How much does shipping cost and how long does it take?

Shipping is free on orders over $249! $9.99 flat fee is applicable to orders under. Delivery depends on your location but we ask to allow 2-8 days

How does the 30-day free returns and exchanges work?

On the off chance your pup doesn’t like it or you would like to exchange the bed, please email our support team and they will be able to provide you with a return shipping label and all the instructions you need.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Sure, as long as our fulfilment team haven’t already shipped your order. If they have please allow for the cave to be delivered and leave it unopened so they can provide you with a return shipping label.

What if I put the wrong shipping address?

If the order has not been shipped yet email in with “URGENT order edit” in the subject title. The team will make any amendments, if it has been shipped they will work with you and the courier to have it redirected where possible

My package went missing. What should I do?

What is Presale?

If the item has a specified “sent” date beside it in brackets this means the item is a presale purchase and you will receive that item in 2-8 business days from this “sent” date.

Returns & Exchanges

What is our return policy?

We offer a 30-day free returns policy. The product being returned must be in an acceptable condition (no stains/damage). Please ensure to keep it in a like new condition while trialing it. Please keep the original packaging it came in if you consider the possibility of sending the item back to us, as it needs to be returned in its original packaging. If upon inspection your return item is deemed unfit by our inspection team for any reason we reserve the right to deny your refund.
